On the 26th of April 2023,held a meeting of the Organizing Committee for the preparation and holding the VII International Conference on the development of the domestic pulp and paper industry "Pulp and Paper Industry of Russia - new realities, new opportunities", chaired by the President of the Union of Timber Industrialists and Forest Exporters of Russia M.V. Tatsyun.
The event is organized by the Union of Timber Industrialists and Forest Exporters of Russia and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The operator of the conference - the Association of Paper Industry Specialists (ASBO).
The meeting was attended by:
- Kurochkin D.N., Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation;
- Panfilov A.V., Deputy Head of the Federal Forestry Agency;
- Kulagina A.., the Chairman of the Board of ASPI (ASBO).
The Organizing Committee meeting discussed the draft program of the conference, a plan of events for the preparation and conduct of the conference and organizational matters. It was decided to hold the next VII International Conference "Russian pulp and paper industry - new realities, new opportunities" on November 30 - December 01, 2023 in Shangri La Bosphorus Hotel (Istanbul, Turkey).
