- The Association is a union of people, which is based on voluntary membership and is established to represent and protect the professional interests and to achieve goals of this Charter.
- The Association is a noncommercial organization. The Association does not pursue the purpose of profit as a goal of its activity.
- The Association does not create competition among companies, which employees or owners are the association members.
- The Association conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal law «On nonprofit organizations» and this Charter.
