• The Association is a union of people, which is based on voluntary membership and is established to represent and protect the professional interests and to achieve goals of this Charter.
• The Association is a noncommercial organization. The Association does not pursue the purpose of profit as a goal of its activity.
• The Association does not create competition among companies, which employees or owners are the association members.
• The Association conducts its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Federal law «On nonprofit organizations» and this Charter.

Mission

Bringing together professionals and improving the industry image

The ASPPI goals:

1. Support for specialists of the forest, wood processing, and pulp and paper industries;
2. Support and development of the national forest industry, including woodworking, pulp and paper, wood chemical industries;
3. Improvement of competitiveness of the industry;
4. Exchange of information and experience between specialists of the industry;
5. Representation of interests of the industry in different governmental institutions;
6. Organization of communication and cooperation between industry enterprises;
7. Support and promotion of important initiatives and projects in forest industry;
8. Organization and participation in the industry exhibitions, seminars and conferences, both in Russia and abroad;
9. Achieve acknowledgment of the Association at the international level and participate in the international industry events and initiatives.

ASPPI branch of activities:

1. Information and experience exchange between the specialists of the pulp and paper industry.
2. Representation of interests of the industry in different governmental institutions.
3. Support and promotion of important initiatives and projects in forest industry.
4. Organization of communication and cooperation between industry enterprises.
5. Organization and participation in the industry exhibitions, seminars and conferences, both in Russia and abroad.
6. Organization of professional summer internship for students.
7. Development of database of vacancies in the industry.
